Shipping & Returns


We want you to receive your Gunner Kennels purchase as soon as possible, which is why we make a concerted effort to process each order quickly. However, each kennel is hand built in Tennessee under intense scrutiny and we want to get each one right. You´ll be able to see the care we put into our products when you receive our package. 

SHIPPING

Due to high demand, all products have an estimated 3-5 business day processing time-frame before shipment, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

All orders will ship either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground only. Expedited shipping is not available. Shipping rates indicated on our product pages are valid in the contiguous United States only, and excludes Alaska and Hawaii as well as international. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is processed to leave our facility, with a UPS or FedEx tracking number to track the shipment. Once shipped, please allow an additional 1–5 business days for your purchase to arrive, based on your location (see our map below).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're working hard to make your customer experience is as seamless as possible. Below we've spelled out the returns & exchanges process, so you'll know exactly what to expect. If you have any questions regarding if you should return due to sizing, we encourage you to call 1-844-486-6375. 


7-Day Hassle Free Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. That´s why we offer free returns if you ship products back to us within 7 days of delivery

A few things to note: 

  • The customer must notify the Gunner Kennels customer service team of an exchange/return request within 7 days of delivery for the offer to be eligible.
  • Once the return label is generated and given to the customer, products must be shipped within a 48 hour window.
  • This offer is only eligible when product is shipped back in its original packaging (including the box), and in the products' original condition.
  • If you are exchanging a product, Gunner Kennels only offers free return shipping back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of the new product shipment back to you.
  • After the 7-day window has expired, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  • Don't forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. 


Return Policy

Gunner Kennels offers a 30-day return on unused products purchased from www.gunnerkennels.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund if it’s new and unused, and is accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt. 

How to initiate your return:

Please note that you will be contacted and refunded within 10 business days of inspection performed by our warehouse. 

Please also note that if the return is not initiated within 7 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost associated with the label provided by Gunner Kennels.

The following products may NOT be returned:
– Merchandise that has been used
– Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Please note that a restocking fee will be applied to orders not returned in original condition.

Exchange Policy

Gunner Kennels offers a 30-day exchange for unused products purchased from www.gunnerkennels.com.

Please note that you will be contacted with the appropriate store credit within 3 business days of inspection performed by our warehouse, so that you can proceed with your new order.

The following products may NOT be exchanged:
– Merchandise that has been used
– Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Please also note that if the exchange is not initiated within 7 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost associated with the label provided by Gunner Kennels. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the new product´s shipment back to you.

If Your Kennel Doesn´t Fit

Please consult your veterinarian with the interior dimensions of our kennels to see if one fits your dog. Our kennels are intended for travel and we prefer a snug fit, in the case of an accident. Please also measure the cargo space of your vehicle carefully before placing an order.
