As a Customer Service representative, you will be at the front lines – and many times, set the tone for how that individual will perceive the company. That's why this position is so valuable – you will be carrying out the mission, vision and ideals of the company through everyday conversations. Each person presents an opportunity to become a loyal, life-time Pack member, and you hold the keys to the conversion.

We're looking for someone who will:

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

 Work effectively and cross-functionally to strengthen customer relationships

 Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

 Be an integral partner in executing company and departmental strategy and vision

 Adhere to service procedures, policies and standards

 Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

 Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

• Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

 Confidently advocate for the customer in team meetings

 Act as a brand representative for the company at outside events, as needed

 Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

What you'll need to have:

 Positive attitude


 Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills

 Can manage stress with ease

 Experience in providing customer service support

 Proficiency in English

 Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

 Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

 Self-starter, competitive and entrepreneurial minded

 Strong client-facing and communication skills

 Critical thinking and problem solver

 Team player

 Associate’s degree or one or more years of customer service experience

Even better if you have:

 Customer service or call center experience. Ideally handling product use questions.

 Comfort with technology and how to apply it to solving problems and finding solutions.

 Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
